Product information: Test Set consists of a jet handle that is equipped with a pressure gauge and an easy-to-adjust flow valve. The interchangeable nozzles assemble easily to the jet handle. The nozzles are made from stainless steel.
Working principle:
Working principle: The test device simulates that when the test samples suffer water flow as 12.5 +0.625L/min or 100 + 5 L/min in a certain period of time, thus to verify the waterproof performance of the sample’s enclosure.
The test time is calculated according to the sample surface area: 1min/m², but the short test time is not less than 3min.
Ingress Protection Test Equipment
Standard:IEC60529 degree of protection provided by enclosures (IP Code) of the IPX5 and IPX6, IEC60884-1, IEC60335-1, IEC60598-1.
Application:It is used for the testing of IPX5 and IPX6.
Test sample:The test apparatus with water proof functions, such as electronic appliances, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, car, motorcycle, electrical products (such as automotive instrument, all kinds of switches, micro motors, etc.)
